0 responses 0 comments Dr. Regis DeBarros, formerly of Clinica Sierra Vista, currently of Kaiser Permanente, is my choice for the best doctor in Bakersfield. He has been my family's doctor for eight years, including my sister, nephews, daughter, and mother. His medical knowledge is comprehensive and extensive, his demeanor is professional, his ethics are superior, his bedside manner is caring and warm, his follow-up is prompt, and his dedication is to his staff and patients. Dr. DeBarros takes the time to listen to his patients, thoroughly answers all concerns without "talking down" to the patient, follows up personally by phone when necessary, and truly cares about his patients. Personally, I would not have been able to cope with my daughter's myriad of relatively minor (except to a new mom!) health problems without the support and care of Dr. Debarros. I feel blessed to have a doctor as wonderful as Dr. DeBarros.
