0 responses 0 comments The time is now to reform California's Three Strikes Law to what the people intended when passing the law in 1994. We are not F.A.C.T.S. We are mother's, father's and tax payers. With our initiative, sentences of 25 years to Life would be given to third strike felons with a SERIOUS or VIOLENT crime, NOT a non-serious/non-violent crime. The reform we propose will not affect the integrity of the law as it was"presented" to the people! It also does not include any provisions for conjugal visits, unlike others being circulated.
