To earn the Eagle Scout rank, the highest advancement rank in Scouting, a Boy Scout must fulfill requirements in the areas of leadership, service, and outdoor skills. Ben and his family would like to thank the leaders, parents, and Scouting Officials of the Cascade Pacific Counsel for their untiring dedication to the Scouting Program and boys like Ben who continue to benefit immensely from the Scouting program.
