            Leyva’s Private Security recently opened its second office 2^ND TO NONE Private Security in the City of Arvin, CA.  Leyva’s Private Security was founded and established on October of 2002, in Delano, CA.  The City of Arvin, is establishing a new initiative to build a business incubator at Las Placitas to promote economic development and growth. They recently assisted Ralph F. Leyva in the location of the new business in town.  Additionally, Lou Gomez President and CEO of the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is working in collaboration with the Arvin Chamber of Commerce.  A business incubator is designed to foster entrepreneurship, and promote economic development and growth through the use of shared resources, management expertise, and intellectual capital.

2^nd to None Private Security states, “our purpose in Arvin is to help with the city’s safety, to grow and provide the best security services available; 2^ND TO NONE Private Security mission is to protect, satisfy and help expand the city of ARVIN.”  A venture such as this will provide new jobs and training for the citizens of the community of Arvin.  “In addition, it will help prevent crimes such as graffiti, vandalism, robberies etc.,” says Ralph F. Leyva, President of 2^nd to NONE Private Security.
