If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, look no further than Arizona Cafe. The menu features a dazzling selection of tantalizing dishes, all made with the most scrumptious cheese available. The beans and rice alone are enough to drive anyone insane. The cheese enchiladas, as mentioned in a previous review for this same establishment, are pure legends. I cannot give proper description to that plate, and I always order it whenever I partake of the establishment's goodness with my family. I proudly admit that I am married to the cheese enchiladas.

Aside from the wildly delicious food, the service is generally top-notch. The staff members are friendly, and always willing to make you comfortable. My family and I enjoy ourselves everytime we enter the Arizona Cafe, and we pretty much order the same dishes everytime we visit. We're mesmerized by our first choices, so ordering anything else would be taboo!

Every other Mexican restaurant in Bakersfield should be ashamed of themselves. Arizona Cafe has risen our standards for this particular cuisine. We were once avid friends of the El Adobe staff, but now, thanks to a certain Cafe, we haven't seem them in I don't know how long. We were also visitors to Don Perico and La Colonia. They haven't seen us either.

If someone knows of a greater place for Mexican food, I would like to know about it. You'll be hard pressed to find one, though. Good luck.
