Here is the 50th Anniversary picture of my Mom & Dad on April 12, 1997. My Dad is Miguel C. Cortez.. My name is Diana Cortez Baehl. We were in a suite at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Pictured in front is Pa, (my dad) Miguel C. Cortez, and my mom, Ernestina G. Cortez. The second row is: Isabel, Millie, Pete, Margaret, Mickey, Gloria, and me, Diana. Third row is: Mike, Jr., Ernie, Billy, Nick, and Freddie. (Not pictured are Steve and Patrick Cortez). We had come from dinner, Mom and Pa had just opened their anniversary gifts. Even though Pa was in a wheel chair, he still loved to play the slot machines. We had so much fun together in Vegas. Sadly we lost Pa December 3, 1998. Happy Father's Day Pa, we love you! Diana C.
