8th Annual Chalk on the Walk....a sidewalk art event. A wonderful family day in cool Tehachapi. Artists of all ages and all skill levels will compete for prizes - $15 entry will give you a 4' x 4' square of sidewalk, an official tshirt, and a box of 24 professional chalks.
