In my opinion in the Michael Montgomery case I believe that injustice is being objected. He was below the legal alcohol level. I think that he should be in the hospital getting the treatment that he needs. I understand people died but I don't think he should get hard time because he wasn't drunk. Yeah he may not have a licence but the people that died in the accident weren't forced in the car. In the accident his closest friend died. Isn't that bad enough on him that he has to live with that for the rest of his life? But what people need to realize is that he's a victim too. He got hurt just as bad. He can't use his lower half of his body. Michael's past should not reflect on this present situation. The people of the law should not exploit his past. What's in the past should stay in the past, it doesn't have anything to do with what's going on now.
