Bakersfield's Fifth Annual Gay Pride Festival will be held on Saturday, October 18, from 3-9pm at the Bakersfield Museum of Art, 1930 R Street, Downtown Bakersfield. The theme this year is "Love. Equality. Pride." The event features live entertainment & DJ, vendors, children's garden, & food. Marriage Equality pioneer Robin Tyler will also appear. Tickets are $7 in advance (beginning 10/1 at all Russo's Bookstores), $10 at the door.
