As a US Citizen I find that I have "no" rights in the following issue and am evidentally considered "fraudulent" by my own Government. .=The same Government that I once took an oath to defend and honor.
Very briefly I am 66 and a retired small business owner. In Nov. 2006 I married a lovely Chinese lady. (51) Her K3 Immig. visa was recently denied due to alleged "not BONA FIDE" relationship with me. We have as proof to the contrary, "700" very personal emails---many hours of phone records (we talk 4 to 6 hours each week) ---Western Union receipts of me sending her living and travel expenses---receipts of me sending her flowers for holidays, birthdays, anniversary----receipts from her sending many of her belongings to me---- about 100 pictures of us together in China and of our Wedding Ceremony. Does this sound like a non "bona fide" marriage?
Our now "low priority" USCIS (Homeland Security) case can not now be accessed for 12 to 18 months for appeal. My available years are slipping away as are my savings in that I'm now supporting "two" households. I will be forced to liquidate my belongings and move to China in order to finally be with my beloved wife if no help to reverse this bogus decision ether Politically or by Media exposure. (far away from my much needed VA healthcare and Medicare) Much more info available. Thanks---Norman Sellers valvue@gmail.com
