September 26-28th, kids & parents from all over the world came to Tehachapi, CA to compete in the Amateur Inline League's World Championships event that was held at and presented by the premier sports camp, Woodward West. Over a thousand people attended this annual inline skating event.

The weekend consisted of great skating, a huge award banquet, and a Pro event where the top athletes in the world competed for $5,000!

Kern County’s Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, Subway, Hodad’s Surf & Skate, & Mama Hillybean’s Coffee Shop were huge supporters of the weekend extravaganza! A huge thank you goes out to them!

The Amateur Inline League is looking at doing a 40-day school tour and Cancer benefit for kids in 2009! For more information & a complete 2009 schedule check out www.inlineleague.com.
