This handsome fellow named Matida is full of love and would make a great lap dog. He is about 3 years old and is a chihuahua mix. He will be neutered when he gets adopted. He has been behaving very well at the shelter. He is very friendly and will come to you when you call him. He has been kenneled with other dogs and has had no issues. He would be a great lap dog for someone and would do well in any home.
To adopt: Wasco Animal Shelter, 5409 7th St., 758-7240. Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. PetSmart adoptions, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays, 4100 Ming Ave., Bakersfield.
