Boy was I wrong. I thought this market would be correcting itself long before now. I said in past articles I believed the real estate market would maybe lose 10-15% before correcting itself. I think 25% or more would have been more...

It seems all people can talk about these days is the subprime meltdown in the mortgage market. Many companies which used to be the talk of the town in the top of the housing market are being talked about again, except in negative terms....
