Reynen & Bardis (Sacto developer) just racked up its 5th LOCAL default (two in one day yesterday for Wasco sites). These are getting commonplace now. Except this time one of the defaults impacts a tract with people living in it (Hidden Grove). Does anyone know what's going to happen?...
