I saw Cloverfield on Saturday. Quite a crowd showed up, for this type of movie. It's not a sci fi film or a horror film. It's an old fashioned monster movie. Frankly, I loved it. So did my cousins and the rest of the audience if you can judge by their absolute shocked silence at the end. If you've dreamed of seeing the big apple get trashed, go see it. posted by

Cloverfield is INTENSE. Try to see it while it's playing in theaters because I'm afraid it'll lose a lot of it's impact on DVD. posted by
