Why do I get the feeling that this is some scam?

 It is not, I promise you!  E-mail me and I will invite you to come to my home and view it for yourself.  Then you can decide if this is a "Scam" or for real

In my childhood room, the texture markings on the wall by my bed remarkably resembled a rubber ducky, an alien and a dog. Maybe I should have sold tickets too.

You'd probably get a better response from Golden Palace Casino or something.  They seem to be the only ones willing to pay money for cloud rabbits and Jesus Toast.  What do I see in your shower?  Marble. 

You really blew it, Deb. Now every illegal mexican in the county will be knocking on your door to see the miracle....and case your home, while they're at it.

I'd feel pretty awkward, butt naked, shampoo in my hair and face, and falling on my knees to God's miracle. Better than appearing when you're on the pot, I guess.

First to bakonative.  Thankyou for your comment.  It is what you see it, and if you see it as a scam, so be it.  However you have to be actively scamming someone to be called a scam.  Are you aware of something going on that I am not aware of?  Please keep me posted about this.  I would really appreciate it.

Now I wish to direct this to catpaw. 

The Lord created me and allowed me to take my first breath butt naked so I was not concerned about that, however I did not fall to my knees to God's miracle.  It is you that refer to this as God's miracle not me.  I refer to this as an "apparition" that I am questioning and ask you, the one who takes time to comment, to comment on what you see and ask you if you see what I see. 

I see God's miracle in waking up everyday and Him allowing me to take another breath, allowing me to see His world, allowing me to know Him, and His continuing to love and bless me with the wonders that He presents to me on a every second basis that I refer to as my life.  I see life as God's true miracle!

So far and unless the comments up to this point are from illegal mexicans, I have had no one e-mail me about this so they can come view my apparition and case my home. 

Also some postings are refering to my photo as a scam anyway. That is fine.  My aim was to get peoples point of view on what they saw in this photo, if they think it is an apparition or not.  No tickets to sell, nothing to scam, nothing.

This is what it is.  Like I said I did not believe in apparitions but this is whatever you can see it is. 

No I did not show the apparition to a priest and since I am a true Christian and no longer the Catholic I was raised, maybe you could place my belief in priests right next to the word where some commenters have refered to their beliefs that this"apparition" is to them. 

Now to  Shwaine, since I have no plans on selling tickets to this apparition, maybe you would consider allowing me to promote your rubber ducky, alien, and dog wall so if and when you should ever decide to take your own advice and sell tickets to your wall, you may become even more successful at selling your tickets since you posted the idea that you should maybe have sold tickets.  I would be glad to do this for you.

However for myself, I will pass on the idea of ever selling tickets to view this or any other wall in my home.  Not once did I ever mention making money off my wall from ANY source. Not once.

And finally to possummomma, I appreciate the casino reference and your reference to "They seem to be the only ones willing to pay money for cloud rabbits and Jesus Toast"   Again I am asking no one for money in any way, shape or form, just your point of view.   Your point of view, now that is priceless!  I thank you for seeing my shower wall as marble.

Thankyou for your concern about my husbands and my smoking habits however my husband nor I smoke ....tobacco or weed crank, crack, or anything else for that matter,  and so that should answer that concern of yours.

This will be there tomorrow and every day that we shower, I promise!

OK, so it isn't a miracle. My mom believed in ghosts. She also believed my dad wasn't screwing around on her. I guess reality is what we precieve it to be or want it to be, regardless of what it actually is.

Though I would be creeped-out taking a shower with Jesus, if it's your thing.....

Looks like Charles Manson a little. Maybe John Lennon or even Poseidon with that kind of mermaid/mer-man sweep of the lower body. It is interesting but Lamb of God is a stretch since nobody knows what Jesus looks like.

Scrubbing Bubbles will take care of that pesky apparition in no time flat.

Another thought...

Sometimes God provides us with familiar and unfamiliar reminders.

If you view these "apparitions" or sightings" as reminders, no matter what your religious affiliation, then so be it.

In Porterville we recently had several apparition sightings.  You can view these at www.recorderonline.com  

There was a sighting of an apparation of an angel on a downtown window in the evening when a light shines off that window, and a sighting of an apparition of a Christ image on a tree if you look at it right.  It was stated that turn the light off and the angel disappears. The Christ image will change with age of the tree.  God is consistant.

My bathroom wall apparition is embeded in marble, however break the image and it becomes a pile of stone, a useless non image.

Your faith should not be in those apparitions that will fade with a turned off light, or dimish over time due to age or be broken because the image breaks.

Your faith should become stronger with every minute of every day that God allows you to wake up, breathe, and experience along with His beauty and Glory and Grace that He provides for us and given freely, abundantly and unconditionally.

Apparitions should only remind us that we may need reminding that God is alive and well and yes even living in Porterville CA.

That is apparent in those who can see these God like images in the same apparitions while others  see something entirely different in those apparitions.   The proof of this is in the sarcasm and disbelief of the commenter whose comments they left above about my "apparition". 

These apparitions should not be prayed to, praised, honored or adored....this goes against the first AND second commandments:

#1 I am the Lord God, thou shalt have no other gods before me.

#2  Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Pray to and give Honor and Praise directly to God!    You need not pray to or go through those apparitions, or the angels or Christ sightings, or to or through men such as priests or the fathers, reverends or bishops or popes or by pray to or give  honor to the Marys or the Marthas or the Janes or the Scotts or the Steves or whoever else we mere men feel the need to have as our religious interpreters to God to get our messages to God or our answers from God.  We are God's creations!  HE opened the door with the creation of Adam and Eve.  He bridged the great divide that we men created, with the cross. 

I used to be a Catholic and I know that from past experiences of my past Catholic upbringing, that I just blasphemed by adding Mary's name that immediately brings to mind the BVM (Blessed Virgin Mary) to the list,  however I believe in calling an idol and idol.

I feel some will take this part of my comment with a "poor poor lost child" mentality, however I look at those who's beliefs are based solely on someone elses teachings and not their own free thought out without persecution, are truly the  lost.   I know, I was one of them. 

God wants to talk with us directly and He does, however sometimes we are made to feel that by allowing someone else who we believe that may know better how to talk with God such as the priests, or angels or apparitions of our wants and needs that God may not get the true meaning of our wants and needs unless they are brought before God by one of  His "chosen ordained holy men" because only they should know how to speak to God in His language on our behalf.  Silly.  

God invented all our languages and I assure you, He speaks all languages too.  He does not  need an interpreturer to get your message, nor do you need to speak to God through an interpretator to get your message to God.  He knows us.  He created us.  Go directly to God!

May God have mercy on my soul for thinking for myself and having an opinion different from past teachings....

As a former  Catholic and I was truly freed when I found that I could communicate directly with God for real.

Keep in mind that the apparitions are just that, apparitions.

Once again I state....God always was, is now, and always will be.

However take heart....God IS A GOD OF LOVE.  His love for us is never ending.

He promised that he would never leave or abandon me. He stated He loves us UNCONDITIONALLY!

I believe GOD.

I question man.

Look up unconditional....see just how much our Lord and Savior trully loves us.

He created all forms of communication and it is my understanding that you need not communicate your needs and wants with anyone else when it is your desire to communicate with Him.  You can choose to talk with him in your heart, your voice, alone in your room, in a crowd of people, in the beauty of the mountains, or in the mess that we make of our lives.  He knows your heart.  Do you know His heart?

He is the ONLY being that in the end, will totally accept you, just as you are, His creation, a flawed man wholly, totally, unconditionally! 

Hopefully the apparition that is encased in my marble bathroom wall will last longer then the angel in the window, or the Christ in the tree, however if it does not, my faith will only grow stronger with tthe passing of this and anyother apparition that I may view whether I believe in apparitions or not.   All apparitions and sightings will fall and fail with time.  My God will never fail me.

I do not apologize for my defense of God however I do apologize if I sound "preechy"

If disagreement with specific parts of a religions teachngs that I personally experienced is disrespecting a persons religions faith, then every poster who made a disagreeable comment about my "apparition" posting is ............not in agreement with my preception of what I saw.  If their intention is to disrespect me with words, I do not see it.  I only see their opinion. 

Every person who reads a public posting has the  right to read into the words of that posting whatever they choose to, the same way you have the right to see whatever you wish to see in these apparitions.  

The same way when you go to any church on any given Sunday and you ask 5 people what was preached that Sunday, you will likely get 5 different responses, 5 different opinions.  No disrespect intended, just differences of opinions.

I see the commenters disagreement as their opinion and I too may not agree with their comments however I will accept it as a comment of disagreement and not an "assumed" comment of disrespect for me personally of my posting of my preception of what I saw as an apparition.  After all, they took their time to comment and I totally respect that!  I try to light-heartedly answer the commenter and hope I don't come off as harsh..

The only apparition I have seen was when I smoked from a certain "mj is not a drug" bong.  Then I had a few beers.  I went to your house and I saw a short sale foreclosure sign in the yard.  What's up with that?  Did you finally clean the marble wall and see what it looked like clean?  Maybe you will finally get out the real estate mess by your "apparition".  Try eBay, they buy into that crap.

 Hey!  I just realized something  HusbandMaterial,  You referred to my apparition as "HE" and named several males, Charles Manson, John Lennon, Posideon, although I am not sure what sex Posideon is or  what religious affiliation for that matter any of these "men" are.  At least we are both seeing the apparition as male???

I do see what looks like to be a head and upper body of of man. Like HM said, almost Poseidon like. 

Reminds me a long time ago where a Pastor of a church in the Lake Isabella area showed the doors on the confessional that one looked God, and the other looked like Satan.  Although it was the way the wood was cut, you could make a distinction of an "apparition".
