Its going to be a classic issues debate,

On Health care, the war and taxes these guys are night and day.

McCain is for small government, winning the war by supporting the troops, no new taxes just stop wasteful spending and of course return to what the constitution means and not what someone claims it means

Obama is promising hope based on nothing but empty promises of a better life.  Health care for everyone by raising taxes, leaving Iraq even though we have now finally adopted the right strategy are and are so close to returning the country to its people free of radical sharia law and bloodshed. Being one of the most liberal senators ever and with his relative experience in life, he want to lead the country as commander in chief?

Democrats clain to want to help the people but they only seem to think you can do that by making the goverment all powerful and in turn making them selve powerful. I want a guy like McCain that doesn't relie on anything else but the people to guide his will and pledge himself to lead.

When these two debate a lot of people out there will realize after the words "hope" that obama says people will be left wanting an explanation on just how he will accomplish it.

McCain baby the only one that should be President.

The Man pulled off the Hat trick and is firmly on his way to the White house. I like how Obama tried to position himself against McCain only to have McCain respond in his speech.

I think its great, I really do.

The Classic Experienced War Hero vs. the New guy running on Hope, hope that will cost lives and a lot of money but hope never the less.

It should get more interesting down the road but I can't wait for the Dems to pick their candidate so they can debate McCain.

Its going to be great,

I can't wait for that first question on the war or health care.

She just said agian the the war is a failure

Anchor Wolf Blitzer asked: “Are you not worried, though, that all the gains that have been achieved over the past year might be lost?”

“There haven't been gains, Wolf,” the speaker replied. “The gains have not produced the desired effect, which is the reconciliation of Iraq. This is a failure. This is a failure. The troops have succeeded, God bless them. We owe them the greatest debt of gratitude for their sacrifice, their patriotism, and for their courage and to their families as well.

AND

“Afghanistan is not settled because the president took his eye off the ball and took the full attention that should have been in Afghanistan, and shifted some of that to Iraq, a war without end, without a plan, without a reason to go in, without a plan to win, without a strategy to leave. This is a disaster … we cannot perpetuate.”

WTF is wrong with this woman I know Dems want us out of Iraq becaus ethey dont agree with the war, I know they need us to fail so they can claim they were right use that as some kind of political pat on the back to get thier fellow Bems elected.

But when you have such a clear difference on the ground when America is finally turning the corner in regaurd to deaths, violence and actually succeeding in getting a once thought out of control disaster to become somewhere safe and free terror. What the heck is wrong with this lady?

Seriously they can not admit that the huge reduction of deaths, increase of  public safety and all around good news in Iraq is good because a republican came up with the Plan. Are all Dems like this or is it just the ones elected.

If you pull out now and abandon Iraq when we're so close to acheieving a stable government you could be the most ignrant and vile thing I ever met.

Thank God a Rep, will win the White house. We would already have seen a terrorist stae in Iraq if Nancy and her kind had been left unchecked.

President:   It should be McCain he's the man plus the only one I trust that has America's interests at heart

Prop 93: That was such a sham to let these guys who never did anything good for us voters to waste another 12 years. I like how they worded it to make people thing they were shortening terms but in actuality there tried to double it.

Bakersfield: What the heck is up with the bar scene around here, seriously if you have fun at Sandrini's or cafe Med your crazy. I need some help people where can I go that isn't all snooted up

Candy Easter: shes the head of the Democratic party, yeah she said Mexicans hate Blacks what a stupid thing to say. Seriously this is who is representing Democrats here, wow you guys should think about replacing her.

Finally: A true Candy Story

I was at the MLK breakfast and the Democrats and Republican had tables there. So there is sign with the tables sponsor names on every table, the Republicans said "Republicans", the Democrats table said "Candy Easter". I thought it strange that she had to get recognition of sponsoring a table paid for by local democrats. Actually I thought it reflected poorly on Dems. Seriously why would anyone do that at a MLK breakfast? She needs to be recognized with her name on the Table. lol I have a lot of Dem friends and I may differ with them on some issues but even they agreed it was inappropriate and embarrassing.  We tried to see if the Republican were that narcissistic but alas they were not, Way to Go Easter lol

Thats what I was thinking about right now.....

I think McCain did what he needed to do today. Reach out to Conservatives and be honest. He came out and stated what everyone would think he would dodge. He came out with honesty, admitted mistakes and came to the conclusion that he needed to make amends. He made his case and I for one do not buy into that silliness of not supporting a republican in the White house.

He emphasized the fact that overall he's conservative and although he has been wrong he will have and rely on conservatives make the best decisions for the country. That he will listen and will always do what right for the US, not what’s right for him.

I think what Romney did today by stepping aside and what McCain has done by reaching out is a testament to conservatives everywhere and that overall, despite out differences that are not too great as to lose the white house and go down a path that would devastate the country.

He is the best one to win against a democrat keep conservative values and lead this nation to victory. I for one will proudly vote Republican and for John McCain....
