I recall reading a story recently that the City of Delano gave this clown a loan on this property to stay in business. I wonder how that will work out??

This guy used to come into my office a few years ago. You never saw a more conceited, self-worshipping dude in your life. He talked down to everyone in the office, even the doctor! Guy clearly thinks he craps cupcakes. I hope he just goes away. And I did hear rumors to that effect, sioux, but I don't really know anything other than the fact that he's a jerk.

I've heard the same thing about him, ghost.  I can't say where I heard it, but let's just say he seems to have a habit of walking into offices and making all kinds of imperious demands and acting like he walks on water.  He is the God of Kern County, apparently.

He is a dangerous person. All of the horrible things you hear about him are true. Think Tony Montana but worse. Actually I shouldn't disrespect Al Pacino's character in Scarface by comparing him to Arrogantdondo.

He is looking to purchase a local golf course. Could be a good thing, the current owners ruined it. Especially that psychotic daughter of the owner. I am sure Arrogantdondo will turn it around. Probably hire nothing but his "family" to run it though.......HA HA

I bought a car from him not too long after he opened at the Auto Mall.  He sat down across from me and figuratively patted me on the head and said "We like to take care of our little ladies."  I stiffened and told him that this was the third vehicle I had bought as a single woman and it wasn't my first rodeo.  He dropped the slimy smile and got down to business.  If I hadn't liked the car so much I'd have walked out on the deal and left him sitting there with his face hanging out.  As it was, I left there not liking him a bit and nothing has happened in all these years to change my mind.

It's not for sale as far as I know, but the Owner is failing big time, thanks to his rabid stupidity & the antics of his mentally disturbed daughter. Recently Arrogantdondo became a member there. (He is a rich dude,he is only at that crappy course to work himself into a deal) I heard he put up an offer in the past. I know of a few others that want to purchase that course.

I ain't gossiping. I am stating for a fact that, going by my experiences with the man, he is a bona fide jerk. And you'd never catch this dude in a hat...it would mess up his hair do.

Actually, I have met the guy and don't disagree with some of the assessments.

My contacts tell me his credit line is almost exhausted. Should get interesting over the next 6 to 12 months.
