The Californian reported that the city will have a $12 million dollar deficit. Keep dreaming! The budget is still too optomistic. Sales tax revenues will be far below the cities projections!
How did we get into this soon to be $14 million dollar hole? Wasteful spending! I have noted several items here we could cut out to no avail. I hope the city and county leaders are prepared for this coming mess - when the State starts taking a little extra.
