We all know the mid-life crisis stereotype of trying to feel young and sexy again by buying a hot sports car and dumping your spouse for a twenty-something.
Don't tell my husband, but I kind of started to understand that mid-life crisis impulse today. I've always had a thing for very little vintage convertibles. The smaller, the better. (Yes, I know. I am a little strange.)

When I was knee-high to a grasshopper, my golfer Grandfather tried to get me to start playing with him. That stopped abruptly when I was about five years old.
