LEONARD MICHAEL MARELLA, JR.
Although Mr. Marella was in the wrong for what he did, the Bakersfield Police Department was still wrong for beating the hell out of him. 9 comments from 7 users

Like I said the other day tracy on another blog, I knew you would rear your ugly head again regarding this loser. You keep saying the BPD was wrong for beating the hell out of Marella. You are entitled to your opinion, no matter how many people disagree with you. I guess his attorney will now have to go visit his stupid a** in prison if he intends to pursue his suit against the BPD. But you and I both know that isn't going to happen. Otherwise he wouldn't have plead guilty so quickly. So Marella will go to prison, do his time, get out, violate parole, do more time, get out again, commit a new crime, and start all over again. Don't you just love these idiots that keep so many people employed? posted by

Michele1075: Oh, beleive me, he did learn his lesson about running from the cops. He did not resist arrest when he was arrested by the Kern County Sheriffs Department, but they also treated him more professionally, too! posted by

46 is old enough to have learned not to stick up for criminals. Hopefully Marella will be shanked about 300 times in the pen, and this story will end on a happy note. posted by

I might add that I happened to be in the emergemcy room bed next to Marella when he was brought in. He was extremely disrespectful to the nurses who were trying to help him, cussing aat them and going as far as clutching his fist at them in a threating manor when they were assessing his wounds and trying to settle him down as he cried like a BABY (as most crooks do once they give in to the law)This guy was screaming like a little girl while he washed his own face and when the nurse attempted to irrigate the wounds on him making threatening verbal jestures. My husband and myself laughed hysterically at the fact that these tought crooks arm therself with guns, shooting victims stabbing eachother, day-in day-out, but when they have to be accountable for their actions they are nothing but cowardly babies!!!!!Give it up MsTracy, these peeps act like animals, they deserve to be treated like wild animals. When #1. you have to put your life on the line and atttempt to contain these crazed idiots THEN and only then you can make a wise determination if they deserve the treatment they get on the streets and #2 IF and only if you lay inn a hospital bed after totaling out a vehicle and have some crazed individual come in threating the staff that is qualified to take care of not only you but the crazed person next to you ,and that puts yourself at risk ,now, yes i can understand WHY he deserved to get his A$$ tapped and why even the dog didn't like him........ posted by
