Heard about the free coffee?

No? Then you're behind!

Starbucks will give a free tall cup of brewed coffee on Tuesday to anyone who votes. One cup per customer; it's on the honor system, a company spokeswoman tells us.

Read about the deal here.

Watch the "If you vote, Starbucks buys you coffee" commercial.

Yay!  I really like McDougle, the blogger.  I think I'd really like McDougle the school board trustee, too.  And I really, really like coffee.

Well done, Bill.  : )

Oh, I'm sure this is one of many wonderful things that will come to our community thanks to Bill McDougle-please ensure he is elected to the Bakersfield City School Board!

There's a lot of support out there!

Free? wouldn't drink it if they paid me. I'll buy mine at Brookside Market.
