Pretty much. Shrub and McShrub are busy adapting his policies. They should just let him do it...those two could f-up a one-car parade. posted by

At this point I'd rather go with someone untried than with the same old tired stuff we've had for 8 years. Now that I'm over my Hillary rant, I'm going to vote for Obama. Just like Random predicted I would. Once a democrat, always a democrat. posted by

No matter who is elected, it will change America for the better. If not, we're facing the End of Days. LOL ...and just who are these European leaders who are warming up to Bush? ...and Bush's Iraq strategy is starting to look less like McCains and more like Obamas. .....and, whatever happened to all the sludge that Limbaugh (dedicated a whole show on dissing McCain) Hannity (who threw the most darts at him) Ingraham (who thinks McCain is just right of Ted Kennedy) Hewitt (who called McCain a terrible conservative), and Coulter (who said she would vote for Hillary before McCain), were throwing around. That was one thing I gave McCain credit for, he didn't cowtow to the morons on conservative radio. posted by

he didn't cowtow to the morons on conservative radio Instead he's cowtowing to the religious right morons. I'm sure you agree, that's worse.

Limbaugh et al must've gotten the memo from the GOP that McCain's their candidate. As far as the religious nutjobs...like the guy who just shot up that Southern church 'cause it's too librul and he's out of work...brings to mind a comment that was criticized somet time ago about "clinging to religion and guns" during bad economic times. Though I'm sure Wayfarer/sojourner/buffoo would disagree...."he's not really a Christian," they'll say. No, but he's a good shot. posted by

Murph, at least we'd know where he *WAS*. Shrub doesn't seem to be concerned (although I still have this nagging suspicion the Idiot-in-Chief is going to announce OBL's "capture" just before the election.) posted by

Likely not. The Bushies have *NEVER* shied away from sacrificing the national interest (and soldiers' lives) for political gain. posted by

I just wish we had some one to VOTE for. Tell me how one is to select a President from a group not near as smart as the Three Stooges. If, this entire group was indeed put up against Larry, Curly and Moe, the Stooges would win by a landslide. And yes I know they're dead and they'd still have more brains, sad to say. Wake me up, when the elections are over. Wait a minute, don't, might be better if I didn't know. By the way, I really do mean that I wish , we had some one to Vote for, it's not even funny any more. posted by
