Could it be a woman will show us the way?

Could it be the rock star Barrack and his old political hack are  "Palin" in comparison to the real party of  "change" ???

Aww~ drilling if we didn't respond to hate filled posts ,what would we respond to? I recall some real love in your posts. I do not like deleter's and I do not respect anyone who is incapable of expressing sympathy~

I'm not so presumptous as to assume the worst and pass judgement on anyone for things they *don't* say.

Libs don't like Palin because she is not dependent upon Uncle Sugar for her existance.

Thats what they really want because it equates to their power over others.

That's what it is all about for them. Self-reliance is a nighmare for them.

No, actually it's because she's anti-choice, anti-environment (except she likes to hunt for food), anti science (creationist), and I really don't think she's even thought about being POTUS or has the skill level to run our federal government. Seriously, you guys really think that Hillary voters will vote for McCain because of her? You'll believe anything.

Chico, Palin makes me almost as happy as she makes you, and McCain is dependant on his sugar momma for everything and would never have been able to stay in the race without his honey money.

If self-reliance is such a nightmare for us libs, why is it that the Republican platform is all about taking the dignity out of work?  The policies of John McCain are designed to reinstitute feudalism.  I think you're just afraid that once Obama becomes President, people will see that it's not the American government that's broken, it's the Republican party that is actively breaking it.  America is an amazing country and when we work together, there's nothing we can't do.  Democrats are the party of working together.

Sorry Tom.

Its the Dems that take the dignity (as well as the incentive) out of work.

You are like an ambulatory albeit typographical Democratick sloganeering vehicle.....

And no Pete, I don't give a flyin flip if even one Hillarious voter votes for her.

Whatever happens in the country, I'll know I voted for the right person.

Nancy, I don't know how he rides the train.  Let's say he spends 160 bucks a day on his commute so that he can be with his wife and kids every night.  That somehow makes him an elitist?

Flying once a week from Bakersfield to DC and back will run you 500 bucks in coach or 2000 in business class.  It's what these things cost, but I'm not say McCarthy is somehow elitist.  Well, not because of that.

OK, Chico.  Good luck with that in November.  :)

Thx Tom

I'll buy you a rack of lamb at Dutch Frontier if McPalin wins.......    ;-)

Chico, if McPalin wins, dinner is on me.

Nancy, why would you expect Biden to ride coach?

One of the things we can expect from an Obama/Biden Presidency is that our rail system in this country will not only be better funded, but more efficient. Biden has fought hard to preserve Amtrak, while the Republicans don't think it's worthy of their time. What do you need a train for when you can fly your private jet, right? Well, your wife's private jet anyway.

I don't know how he rides the train either Tom.  You assumed he rode coach, I assume he doesn't.  There've been so many posts on here lately that I'm losing track but I don't hink I called him an elitist because he rides 1st class.  I think I just questioned that story.

If I could afford it I'd ride 1st class not because I'm an elitist but because it's bound to be more comfortable.

PP why would you say that I expect Biden to ride coach?

I'm athinken' so  much had been said so rapidly since yesterday morning that things people said are getting mixed up with things other people said so that no one really knows what anyone actually said.  Not to mention things people DIDN'T say that other people thought they said when they were thinking about something someone else said.

There are tons of posts on 3 or 4 threads, I know I get a little mixed up. Sorry if I misquoted you Nancy.

I did hear that Biden throws a christmas party for the people that work each year on the train he commutes on .

The only train parties I hear about are the ones motopoet goes out to in the middle of the night when there's a derailment or a screw up..  :-)
