Why outlaw eugenics? one pundit asked. People will just seek back-alley means for eliminating the unfit. Thank goodness we live in a society where eugenic practices are safe and legal. Hopefully the Simon Legrees among the liberal elites won't resurrect the dreadful programs carried out by North Carolina and more than a couple of other states in the not-so-distant past: http://catholicfire.blogspo...
