Sick of all these Psychos

When you are in financial trouble, personally, do you immediately look for a higher paying job?  What is the first step you take?  CUTS.  Cutting back and consolidating are simple concepts that we use in personal finances to help keep us on track financially.  Any individual who claims that they cannot cut back is kidding himself.  Look at every single receipt you bring home.  Every quarter you pick up on the street (not these days).  Look at your car, house, food, clothing, other goodies.

Make your cuts before you do anything else.  Scale back.  Why don't we do this in government?  We put together all these "great" programs, and when they fail, instead of cutting them we throw more money into them in hopes that it will lure better employees and technology and lead to success.  That's silly.  Cut the programs.  Yeah, people will lose their jobs, big deal.  Since when was employment a right?  WAKE UP, it's not.  So those who lose their jobs will take their experience somewhere else.  They will go to work for someone who truly needs them.  Where they can contribute something to society.  Instead of drain money out of the taxpayers pockets.

We need to start educating our kids about finances in elementary school.  Our legislators haven't figured it out yet.  Maybe we need to mandate that they take personal finance courses so they can understand this simple concept.

These psychos are running our state into the ground, and they aren't willing to cut a single thing.  Anything you want to cut is opposed by someone.  So get over it.  Cut it, and make adjustments.  Even at the county and city level, I can see areas where we can consolidate and cut.  Can you even understand how much money this will save us taxpayers?

And, for you non taxpayers.  Don't even talk about this.  You shouldn't have a say here.  When my money is taken from me, and transfered to wasteful programs that serve you, I'm ready to quit working and paying taxes too.  All you people who don't pay taxes still reap the benefits of my tax money.  Roads, emergency care, education.  I pay for you, so you can keep your mouth closed.  If you want a voice in this country you ought to be a taxpaying citizen.

Get your house in order, and demand the government does the same.  We need to take back our state and country.

You'd think it would make perfect sense to people.  I'm with you Jive.

Governments follow two laws which I propose and outlay here.

1.  The law trends liberal.

2. Government complexity (bureaucracy) increases until the system fails and collapses.

The are reasons I have for both beliefs, but I'll spare you the boring bits.  :-)

MP, right on.  I wish we could put a stop to it though, I really do.  We need to figure out how to get everyone to vote the corruption out, and get ourselves back to a constitutional sized government.
