SOoo My work day is almost over. I had a busy evening. I run this program to get my clients to be social butterflies at night (friday at 7pm), doing activities that reflect "learning skills". I still have no clue what I'm doing. The program has never had a foundation (ahem.. instructions) so it was like.. just get them to "do something". Well I do. I guess I'm good at being creative since the girls compliment my program skills. Well in Week 4 (two weeks from now) they gotta dance the hookey pookey, I wonder what they will think of me then.

Well to catch up a year worth of events. I got a new job and moved back to my mother's house the same day. That was in August. I got a new fish for my Kern County Fair fish (at the fair!) in September. I visited some friends out of state (Virginia and Texas) back in October. I went to a Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez Concernt in October too! I had Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years with my Kiddo. And in January I went to Puerto Rico. It was Me, my mother, my daughter, my brother, and my brother's fiance. We had a blast! Did I tell you the food is good there? Oh.. and as Bakersfield was in the cold weather, Puerto Rico was full of tank tops, shorts, and flip flops. Now THAT was crazy.

Unfortunately two days after I came back from Puerto Rico, my iguana Yoshi died. I think the guy we left in charge didn't know how to properly care for him.. I want to say it was an accident, but the point being is that he's no longer with me. I am very sad. I had this Iguana for 3 years? Probably longer... Its really sad.

My dog is still with me.. I told you she was chihuahua right? Well I found out she is half only.. and the other half of her? German Shepard.. um.. yea. Lol Not sure what else to say about that.. No i don't know if the German Shepard was the mom or dad. I seriously don't want to know!

OK well besides that you guys are caught up on my events. LIKE you guys really wanted to know. pfft. I know there are better things to read about than all this. Oh well. I'll try to add some more interesting things on here eventually. Maybe how I killed this mob on World of Warcraft, or more about my cool career, or my speciality in Online Dating. You know its the coolest thing now.. Ahhh I'm such a Nerd!

We will see.. if anything I might disappear again for another year. Well I'm going to go see 10,000 BC tonight, and go to work tomorrow..  Cya.

Well I have been busy, and it was someone's comment that brought me back to this page. I check my myspace page more than I read the Newspaper.  My life has been the same routine almost every weekday. I work 12p - 9p Tues thru Friday, and on Saturday I work 8a to 5p. Its a weird schedule but the evening shift was the only position available for the job I wanted. I miss my daughter very much, Its tough not being home to help her with homework or tucking her in at night. Its been like this for 7 months now. So with this schedule, its hard to even have a social life. I get out of work on Friday at 9pm only to wake up the next morning at 7am to head to work again. So my only outlet has been World of Warcraft. I have a lvl 62 NE Hunter on Runetotem, a lvl 60 BE Hunter on Shu'Halo, a 47 BE Priest on Shu'Halo, 46 NE Hunter on Eldres Thalas, and a 36 Draeni Mage on some pvp server I have forgotten. Having Mondays off is a weird plus. Not only does it make my weeks go faster, but I get to do errands when offices are still open. Mind you, I never get much done, since I try to be lazy on those days. When I do pick up my daughter on Mondays, I help her with homework to make up for my week of absense. So After 7 months, I have burned myself to not like this position anymore.

My job is pretty amazing though. I am my own boss since I am the only employee at night. I have clients that I am in "charge" off (moreso babysit), and my office has the coolest view. The view is the second top factor in my missing scale. That is.. if I leave this job. When I look outside, I have 2 palm trees in my view. I love palm trees. I guess its the tropical side of me of being Puerto Rican. Last night, I stared out the window and the sun was setting, the sky turned a dark baby blue and below the palms of the tree, the sky had a strip of pink color. I wish I had a camera. I was able to share the moment with a 6 year old child, one of my client's children but I think her innocent stop her from seeing the true beauty of the picture. So i teased her and said the sky was blue and purple.. and she kept saying it was pink.

So as introductions goes.. you feel certain the first few posts will become a book! I have been so busy at work, training, and schooling that I have not had time to write anything down on my blog!

So what else is there to say?   My Ethnicity? I'm Puerto Rican.. I was born in Cali but both of my parents are Puerto Rican.. "BORICUA" lol The last time I was there was 2 1/2 years ago, when my grandfather passed away. I would love to someday take Elizabeth.  It is so beautiful there.. The beaches, the FOOD, the music.. okay, I'm homesick.

I currently play World of Warcraft, and I have a lvl 52 blood elf Hunter that I am working on. My other characters consist of a lvl 60 night elf hunter, 32 night elf druid, and some other misc. characters. I am on the server Sen Jin, and if you would like to do some quests or something. Just look up my character! Her name is Manifestic.

Pets I have not even covered that segment! Ok, I have an iguana, a dog, and a fish.  The iguana has been with me for 2 years now, his name is Yoshi! I am a big gamer fanatic, so his name is perfect.  I don't handle him much, because he enjoys trying to bite me. He has a beautiful cage too! My dog is a Chihuahua.. she keeps biting my walls! I think she enjoys the high from paint chips. I have no clue. Now my fish fits my crazy family too! The goldfish was won at the Kern County Fair... its April and he's still alive. Now I have put other fishes in the tank.. and they all die.. all gold fishes, and he's still there! I think he's an alien...

My interests.. The list basically tells you what I am into. I have always been a diverse girl.. I try things once and if my experience wasn't worth doing it again..I can at least say I have tried.  Although when it comes to learning new things, I'm a pro! Which makes me.. a Jack of All Trade.. And you know what they say about "those people". lol

To finish this off, 6 words can describe who I am.... as my myspace profile says.. "I'm outgoing, energetic, spontaneous, affectionate, Romantic, and Intelligent."

Dear Reader,

Well where do you start? I have written the same dialog for so long, that I have forgotten where the beginning is.. how bout a/s/l? I STILL can't believe people ask that! 24/f/bakersfield (of course!) I have repeatedly answered that question for 11 years...when I first was a minor.. of course the answer I gave was 16/f/bakersfield. I think every 13 year old thinks they are 16.. or wish they were.  Alamak Chat was my first chat room..but yahoo chat was my favorite.  In 2000 at the age of 18, I started my first MMORPG.. Everquest and after 7 years, 3  things are consistent at MMORPG Land.. Girls are Rare, Quests are Boring, and the more you lvl the less clothing your female character seem to wear!  Blogging wise.. 2001 was my first blog post.. on xanga.com so after 6 years there and 2 in myspace.. I think my journal has advanced from private to vip access to popularity contest! Now on the Californian's? Well to press releases!

So now that you know that I'm a nerd and an Internet Junkie.. lets see what is next.  I am a very artistic gal. I enjoy painting/drawing as a way to release my emotions, but what I enjoy most is computer graphics. I usually use paintshop pro and fireworks, but my best canvas online was the yahoo chat on IM. I would hold a conversation with someone and be like.. hey can you load the Paint UI so I can draw? I also write poetry/songs.. I have always expressed myself better on text than I do vocally. I have a lot of comments such as.. "Raine, Write a book!" My answers are always no. All my favorite poems are posted on poetry.com. Its a cheap way of getting copyright, I think. I use to play music back in high school.. band nerd *gasp* but most of my songs I have written are not composed, just a melody's in my head. 

I currently have a daughter, she's 6 yrs old. Now, that girl can draw! I think it is genetic since both of her parents are artists, because there is no other explanation to how she can draw so well! She is totally amazing. Very bubbly and Happy. Had a guy told me that you know you are a good mother when your child seem to always be smiling. I took that as a great compliment!  I may be a single mom, but I truly strive to give her everything.

Work is another factor in my life. I work full time at  a non-profit organization. I do lots of stuff there.. I help run the donation center, manage the website, answer the phone, fill in referrals, sign receipt forms, data entry, volunteer in holiday activities, and others. It is a wonderful job, and I have grown so much in that company. I can seriously say only good things.

Night Schooling is so much fun! Actually after work, I am totally tired. The only reason why I am still in school is because I really want to become successful, especially financially, and become a reputable business woman. Currently I am pursuing my degree in Computer Science  (Programming), Minor in Graphic and Web Page Designs. I guess that came from my artistic side.
