Free anti-foreclosure counseling offered
Free counseling is available to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. It's coming to communities thoughout California with the help of an $8 million grant, according to a news release from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's folks. The money's going to the California Housing Finance Agency and HUD-approved counseling groups along with the Rural Community Assistance Corp.
