Bakersfield appraiser Gary Crabtree just sent a chart of local home price trends after reading coverage of the recent economic summit.

Just follow the red line's sharp decline....I guess that's a 45 degree angle rather than a real nosedive. Still.

 Nothing like fun charts in the afternoon. Thank you Gary!
