I have a very good friend who works for a major lending company here in town. He has been very successful, and is still selling a lot of loans. And he has not had to file for bankruptcy in this crazy real estate market. Anyone who is serious about buying and wants a quality lender to work with, let me know and I'll give you his number. posted by
