Sign of the times

Oh, how times have changed.

This ad caught my eye in this morning's paper: "Bakersfield's Refi Guy" has re-invented himself. Now, in a nod to the retro-hot FHA loan, he's calling himself the "FHA Guy".

Probably a good move. But, alas, no catchy rhyme.

In April, we wrote about Russo's struggles in the sputtering housing market.

Hey Russo, since you locked me out of your blogs, I guess I can't play with you anymore. But that's okay. I can still laugh at how you embarrass yourself without commenting. :)
