Fresh Apple Fries

Have you heard? "Fresh Apple Fries" are the newest kid-menu offering from Burger King.

The "Fresh Apple Fries" are uncooked apple slices shaped like French fries, and they come with a low-fat caramel sauce for dipping, according to the Associated Press.

Why can't apples look like ... apples?

I'm very curious to hear what parents think of this. A good way to "disguise" what your kids eat? What about just teaching kids it's good to eat fruit?

Check out the picture to the left — that's the whole meal you can buy if you are so inclined.
