My kids are teens and still love to celebrate this holiday. For those who have religious reservations, here's a bit about the holiday's roots:

My 5-year-old son is going as an Army guy in fatigues and my 2-year-old little girl will probably want to go as Cinderella, but I'm leaning towards a fat, fluffy kitten for her this year.  I'm going as a tired Mom.

i havent dressed up in years, we used to go to the fun clubs in the 80's and go 'win' costume contests

the best costumes are original homemade ones!

but ~ this year we are going to be involved in a house decor contest, and costume contest - so i need to start thinking, i want to be something really scarey!
