Grassroots petition against the Employee Free Choice Act

National Alliance for Worker and Employer Rights petition calling on the 110th Congress to oppose Edward Kennedy and George Miller' Bill "Employee Free Choice Act"

The Employee Free Choice Act was defeated because the American people through petitions like this one stood against it.  But Sweeney and the other Labor Bosses do not care about you-- they wont stop till every state looses its workplace democratic rights too--

Whereas, The United States honors the time honored and Democratic Secret Ballot election for employees seeking union representation or not, and
Whereas, unions pressure employees in public to sign unfairly "card checks" to win union elections without a free and open secret ballot election, and
Whereas, Unions and their Democrat allies by passing the Employee Free Choice Act subvert the collective bargaining process harming the good faith relationship between employee and employer by utilizing outside arbitration for first contracts instead.

Be it Resolved, oppose Kennedy-Miller "Employee Free Choice Act" by any means and protect the worker and employer rights and freedom of the American People in their workplace where ever they may work.

NAWER is a rightwing false flag front group funded by Grover Norquist and the National Association of Manufacturers.

So GrpThink is it ok that union organizers  go to peoples houses and threaten violence against your family  if you do not sign the card  check? Tell us Grpthink if the unions are paying you to say any of these things? What would happen to people like GrpThink  if the unions lost their stranglehold in California? Can you respond to any of my questions?

NAWER:

Wow, the first time I had a comment deleted.  I guess the truth really does hurt.  Why do you post if you don't want to hear conflicting sides.  Nothing I wrote was personally attacking.  Is this how you make yourself feel good, by only hearing YOUR side of a topic?

I would love a response

Provide unbiased evidence of this ever happening.

Tell us Grpthink if the unions are paying you to say any of these things?

I'm not union, nor am I a union representative. I am however, unlike you, pro-worker.

Why are you so afraid of the truth?

What would happen to people like GrpThink  if the unions lost their stranglehold in California

I'm non-union so it wouldn't affect me personally. However, it would negatively affect millions of Californian workers who are benefiting from union representation.

Can you respond to any of my questions?

I just did. Now are you going to delete my post like you did with thetruthhurts?

This is the first time this blogger has left a comment in one the blogs he started.

He has yet to address any of the concerns and issues that have been raised about his rightwing false flag operation.

You can always do what one rightwing poster, Charlie, does. Keep submitting your post until he stops deleting it and gives up. It's harassment and stalking, but Jason doesn't seem to mind since nothing is ever done about it. I doubt your post was insulting and inflamatory like Charlie's are though.

And so far I'm 0-2. They've responded, and they've deleted posts. I'm still waiting to see if they'll last a week.....

This man/woman is a complete joke.  Have some guts and stand up for what you believe.  If you are wrong, as I am at times, take it like a man/woman and admitt it.  They should at least back up what they are saying.

If NAWER was a legitimate group, their finances, membership and fundraising information would be available and transparent. The group is hiding behind a cloak of legaleze by claiming it's not political (despite being involved fighting the Employee Free Choice Act).

If any group should be investigated by the FEC, it's these guys.
