Yeah, you have to post that because your candidate is winning only five percent of the trendlines.

The CRA crap was debunked *LONG* ago.  The "subprime mortgage crisis" is entirely a product of greedy bankers freed from regulation by Republicans including John McBush (who voted for the deregulation which caused it) and Phil Gramm (who introduced the deregulation, written by lobbyists, and told us to quit whining about it.)

People defaulting on mortgages hurts banks.  But banks which "leverage" those mortgages up to 30 times their value and pretend they're doing anything but a ponzi scheme hurt themselves, oh, 30 times more.  And the CRA mortgages primarily weren't handled through the banks did the fuzzy math, and they were *MORE* likely to be paid off than the McMansions (like the eight homes McBush will retire to after he gets his head handed to him.  As Obama said, the mortgage crisis must hurt McBush eight times what a normal voter would feel.

By the way, you've got us described correctly but you misspelled "bored."  Can't you come up with something *NEW*?  Something *TRUE*?  Must you always use something *BORROWED*?  Boy, are you guys helping us turn the country *BLUE*.

If the mortgage crisis were caused by the CRA (it wasn't) it would have showed up in the 1990's.  If expansion under Clinton were the cause, it would've showed up in the late 90's.  It didn't   It showed up when Republicans were awarded the White House and promptly ran the economy into the toilet.  With John McBush's enthusiastic support.  Add in Greenspan's crap handling of interest rates as a contributing factor.

If you want a bad guy in this scenario, it's SCOTUS.  They gave the country to Shrub and he wrecked it.  With help from McBush, of course.

Another example of the well-fed right cultivating ignorance.

The GOP is circling the drain and the only respite they have is to dig up old debunked talking points.

Business Week: Community Reinvestment Act had nothing to do with subprime crisis

http://www.businessweek.com...

-------------------

Several conservatives in the media have recently blamed the Community Reinvestment Act for the current financial crisis -- when, in fact, the CRA does not apply to institutions making the vast majority of troubled loans underlying the crisis. It applies only to depository institutions, such as banks and savings and loan associations. Experts have estimated that 80 percent of high-priced subprime loans were offered by financial institutions that are not subject to the CRA.

You're a few months behind on the accusations neverleft, but keep digging.

Here's one you might put out there.....Barrack Obama is shhhhh...actually black.

Keep that on the down low will ya?

The GOP brand sure is taking a battering this year.

The Chicago Tribune, founded in 1847, has endorsed its first Democratic candidate for president ever.

The GOP might as well follow the Blaze and close up shop and move to some third-world country to start anew. No developed country would have them and they're sure not welcomed in this one.

You Liberal "Redistribute the Wealth"  fruitcakes are SO predictable.  We know what you are going to write before we read it.  You are like your friend Ocama, the master of sound bites and lies.  Any facts you don't agree with you  use some obscure source to try to disprove them.  You are pissing into the wind, watch the blow back.

Yes, everyone knows the Trunk Report is the most respected source of news and is chock full of Pulitzer Prize winning journalists.

Well, he may make a quarter million a year, Sage. I might vote for McCain too if I did. LOL

Otherwise, he wants to pay more taxes. But hey, he'd have his candidate in, AND be called a patriot by Biden.

Even the LA Times is endorsing Obama TSM. They haven't endorsed anyone since 1972, and I don't think they've ever endorsed a Democrat in their 127 year history.

Me thinks the Hail Mary Palin Pick sealed the deal.
