Just got home for New Years. I picked up a Hilliary shirt to wear to Trout's on New Years Eve. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
The last month has somewhat restored my faith in the Republican Congress. They finally got the intestinal fortitude to stand up and duke it out with the Democraps. Madam Pelosi and her band of merry socialists took it on the chin and went home for Christmas to find coal in their stockings. They handed President Bush 70 billion dollars in war funding for Iraq and Afghanistan, passed a flat extension of the children's health insurance program and approved a 50 billion dollar tax fix that will keep the middle class from a major tax hike. Bravo! Republicans. you proved that common sense still will prevail.
