Egg McMuffin Caper

When I first heard the story of a city attorney acting like a thug I thought he should be made an example of because he would use his position to help him get out of this mess. Well it seems he took matters into his own hands and quit.. I applauded when he quit but I still wanted "Justice"!

Well I was wrong in convicting him before all of the facts came out, take a look at the video and judge for yourself.

The real reason for the blog is this:

1. What should happen to the people who gave the police false information so that this guy would be arrested?

2. Should the city offer his job back with compensation from the time he left.

I agreed with you except I was willing to wait for it to be ajudicated.  But then he quit his job, and in my mind that nailed it.  I too watched the video and feel that the clerk should be arrested for filing a false police report.  I still don't know for sure why he quit his job.  So we should wait to find out before trying to buy him off.

He was probably on his way out already,( greener pastures yonder) this could have led to the strange ( didn`t call it criminal)behavior, had to be a out of town intellectual cracking under the B Village ignorance syndrom...gotta be a "special" one to live here by choice....

Everybody in Bakersfield lives there by direct or indirect choice. Nobody is made to stay................

Not true Random. They could strangle their cellmate and go to Corcoran.

I stand corrected.  So there *IS* advancement potential.

I think they need to press charges for the clerk giving false info..Ive had it happen to me and its not right. I was out with a work bud and we had been out visiting a local tavern. around 2am we decided to stop at the Denny's on white lane and hwy 99..we went in ordered breakfast and the waitress brought us a cup of coffee..We waited another 30 minutes for our order and at that time in the AM its a fairly vacant establishment so that was way too long for a couple of eggs. We watched her running in and out of the kitchen flirting and playing grab butt with the cook Just having a gay old time.So we both got aggravated and tossed the money for our coffee on the table and left. NO TIP,

When I got home about 30 minutes later I heard a knock on the door..There was a police officer come to arrest me for a walk out. Apparently the waitress finally got away from her hormonal addiction and ran out in the parking lot to get my license number off my plates. I never noticed her because we didn't feel like we had done anything wrong.

I was confused as to what he was talking about but when he mentioned we were reported to have eaten our meal and ran I told him the whole scenario about her not doing her job so we just left and left the money on the table,.Hmmm I betcha those couple of bucks went in her pocket come to think about it..

He agreed to report it and let the DA handle it. I never heard from them again. i was highly peeved that those two had not only ruined my late night breakfast but then had the audacity to try and get me thrown in jail for their entertainment. Unfortunately you cant toss someone in jail for CRAPPY SERVICE
