Okay we have this new cigarette tax.  Does anyone know what it was about.?  The way I understood it, that it was to help bring revenue to California's already in trouble economy.  Isn't this just like being a racist?  You segregate one class of people who have to then make up for all of the others, because our elected politicians have just spent all the money without even being able to explain where it went.  It is also actually handed back to all the tax paying citizens who at tax time, found California giving IOUs.  Now isn't this baloney?  That was paid into a fund tax with holdings and it was gone also.  Where did it go.  And didn't they start this cigarette tax some3 weeks earlier than they were supposed to.  It all comes down to a greedy hypocrisy here in California.  Who is going to go to jail for that money missing?  Isn't there laws against even misplacing this amount of money?  It is obvious that they don't have any  of it to put back.  So we the ones who got screwed in the first place are getting screwed again without even as much as a reach around.  Who out there can say that they could mishandle even 1/16th of this money without being prosecuted for some theft crime?  Lets see who all wants to disagree and say that they are doing it right.  I can tell you this, if they don't get forced to stop taking from the lower class of economy people, our fine country is going to fail.  Now I have understood they are cutting back on SSI peoples money.  Like they were getting so much already?  Why do all of us have to keep paying for something that others are doing, and without even giving a hoot.  This would be like me going and stealing 100 BPD cop cars, and then all of you having to pay for new ones, and now.  No love just right now.  And of course you all knew I did the car thefts, I wonder how long it would be before someone out there in the community told, and got me arrested?  This is basically the same thing I am talking about, and I am asking you how long are we going to continue to take it in the ass and pay them to do it too?  Are the laws here in California meant for say only half of its population and only some visitors?  I understood it to be when a crime had been committed the people of the State of California were the prosecutors for such.  Are we not those people?  And who is it that has mishandled well over a billion dollars?  If it is going to be okay for even our elected officials to do this without prosecution, then why do we prosecute someone who embezzles money from where they work.  I believe this is about the same thing here, and we are still having to pay for it over and over.  Remember the lotteries?  A bunch of money has gone some where also and they are laying off school teachers and public workers, but none of them went through without getting their mandatory raises this last year.  So lets hear some other opinions on this very important issue.

With everything that happens her4e in Kern County, we have many other things that happen else where that should concern us as well.  N. Korea fires a rocket that goes over Japans airspace .  This for sure is in defience to any of the talks that have taken place.  George Bush was right when he named N. Korea as an axis of evil.  These people dont care about anything but their selves if even that.  I wonder if our current President will have the nuts to stand up and make this situation change.  After all of the violations this country has bbeen part of, and our president says he wont let this go on makes me wonder.  My opinion is that they have already been allowed to get by with far more than they should.  You have to know that they most certianly are trying for a rocket capable of reaching the continental US.  Sso I hope that our current administration has the nuts to do something about this threat, because it wont just go away by itself.
