My cats will play inside the paper bag for a few minutes, then they will proceed to destroy it.... Days later I'll find paper bag bits halfway across the house. They do the same to cardboard boxes, but not as quickly.

My kitten will play with anything she can find. She's way too playful and adorable. She actually plays with my dog, because he's a fat chihuahua and she's still smaller than him. She doesn't know she's a cat because she was abandoned and showed up next to my brother-in-law's car. Since I took her in the house the night I found her, the first animal she saw was the chihuahua. Isn't it funny how they get along but the older cat hates her?

My kitties love paper bags, but not for hours! Ten minutes is a stretch. I should take a picture of them playing in one and submit it to our drive! They really like the boxes from Costco when I bring home all of my shopping. It's like their fort.

There was a humane society commercial about ten years ago that said to give your cat an open grocery bag like the cat in the picture is in for "hours of enjoyment." I gave one to my kitty; she just looked at it. No deal. She liked those catnip mice, though. I'd stand in the kitchen and throw one out into the living room, and a few seconds later, pounce!
