Jackass of the Week Award

Ex-NBA star Jayson Williams allegedly trashed a suite in a suicidal rage and was subdued by a stun gun and taken to a psychiatric clinic, New York police said.

Police used a stun gun and two sets of handcuffs to subdue Williams. They allegedly found suicide notes and empty bottles and vials of sleeping pills, antidepressants and human growth hormone, police sources told the New York Post.

The Award is shared this week by Williams for being Williams and the NYPD for using a stun gun on a suicidal man.

Farrah Fawcett; every 70s adolescent boy mourns today

Normally I just blog about sports. But today is different. Farrah Fawcett died today along with the hearts of all those 70s school boy fantasies, including me. What is your fondest memory of Farrah?

She wasn't just another pretty face - she was a good actress and a neat person.

Not just guys. I remember a good number of girls tried the Farrah hair style.

Rest in peace, Farrah. I still have a crush on you.

She was a beauty that women envied but still liked. ...she still had that down home personality.   Some women have that gift.

That's too bad about Farrah.  I know she did everything she could and fought the cancer with everything she had.  She will be missed.

I'd  always preferred kate Jackson but those darn pin ups of Farah Fawcett ( majors ) brings back some old six and seventh grade memories .
