LET PRISONERS GO FREE! DOES THE GOVENOR HAVE AN ALTERIOR-MOTIVE?

Carl Sparks used to threaten to land the chopper and stop the D.A.R.E. program in order to pass a new budget, he was famous for it. Do you think Arnold is threatening to release prisoners early so his budget for new prisons goes through? By the way that means we will have to fill them up...more felons, more "crime", less justice!

Arnold could leave the issue alone and let the courts decide to release prisoners for overcrowding.

If someone would stop the DARE program I'd applaud...

.

The governator should personally pardon everyone in jail for marijuana possession and then see if he has enough room.  And do it every week if necessary.

If they were in prison for possession of small amounts of marijuana  ONLY I'd probably agree with you RF.

No, I'm talking about possession-for-sale arrests.  Small amounts typically don't do jail time.

Arnold is having a flashback to The Running Man, release prisoners then hunt them down.  The Butcher of Bakersfield will get justice.
