Arnold could leave the issue alone and let the courts decide to release prisoners for overcrowding. posted by

If someone would stop the DARE program I'd applaud... . The governator should personally pardon everyone in jail for marijuana possession and then see if he has enough room. And do it every week if necessary. posted by

No, I'm talking about possession-for-sale arrests. Small amounts typically don't do jail time. posted by
