THE 3 STRIKES LAW WAS ORIGINALLY INTENDED FOR VIOLENT OFFENDERS, WHY ARE PEOPLE BEING "STRUCK" OUT FOR NON-VIOLENT OFFENSES? IS THE LAW BEING MISUSED BY EAGAR DISTRICT ATTORNEYS LOOKING FOR A BIG CONVICTION?

Do you think Arnold is threatening to release prisoners early so his budget for new prisons goes through? By the way that means we will have to fill them up...more felons, more "crime", less justice!
