Some people say building a bigger fence on the boarder of Mexico will solve our immigration issues? Do you really think that a fence is going to keep people from crossing the boarder...duh...they will dig under it! our show this week is going to review the law regarding immigration, does anyone have any realistic ideas on how to solve our immigration problems?

If people have a problem with homosexuals getting "married", shoud there be another term for the union? Should it be done in the church, if not where should it be done? Tommorow our radio shows topic is "gay marriage" and we need some input.

I for one do not think Sikhs should be able to carry any kind of weapon. What about taliban blowing stuff up for the sake of their religion! Do you think we should make that legal? Should we treat terrorist with fair and equal rights like we do child molesters? I know when I go to the airport its a real pain, imagine if one of these sikh guys have a "kirpan" the whole airport would shut down...i'm sorry but airport security could make that mistake! Could you imagine what would happen if a sikh walked into a court house with a kirpan, all hell would break loose. This guy thinks he was mistreated by the street cop, try a court room deputy!

The sherriff says he thinks child molesters should be put away after their first offense...that might not be such a bad idea! or maybe we should stone the bastards...what should we do with sexual preditors, if they can't live in run down motels on union ave. where should they live in our neighborhoods? personally I think they should live in hard labor camps and not be allowed in our society...maybe a little harsh but thats what happens when you mess with a kid. Also i'd like to add the scarlet letter people need to establish the difference between the guy who took a leak off a bridge in `78 and the guy who preys on children, I think there is a difference...dont you?

We have been talking about freedom of religion and im not so sure not allowing homosexuals to get married is constitutional. We will be dicussing the legal and moral aspect of gay marriage on our show saturday  and we need your input.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FILING BANKRUPTCY? DOES IT WORK AGAINST YOU IN THE LONG RUN? DONT YOU THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER TO WORK OUT A PAYMENT PLAN WITH YOUR CREDITORS?

Are more people going to file bankrupt, how could filing help a person who is behind on their mortgage? is bankruptcy a solution or a death wish? 

DO YOU THINK THE ECONOMIC DOWNFALL KC IS EXPERIENCING IS BEING USED AS A PLOY BY HIGH PAID BOARD MEMBERS TO RAISE MONEY? IT IS MY BELIEF THAT FUND RAISING SHOULD BE DONE AT CARWASHES AND GOLF TOURNAMENTS, NOT IN THE FRONT PAGE. THE DIRECTOR AT THE RESCUE MISSION IS TURNING PEOPLE AWAY DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS, THIS IS A BAD TIME TO DO SUCH A THING BECAUSE THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE LOOSING THEIR HOMES...ALSO BRM IS LAYING OFF MIN. WAGE STAFF AND CUTTING BACK MENS REHAB! DO YOU THINK THEY ARE PUTTING PEOPLE IN A POSITION WHERE THEY MUST DONATE TO THIS WORTHY "NON-PROFIT"? BY THE WAY THE DIRECTOR PULLS DOWN 70+K SALARIE AND IT DIDNT SAY HE WAS TAKING A PAY CUT!!!!!!!

yesterday dan gorman the director of the bakersfield rescue mission said in the paper he was turning people away! not only that he was making cuts in the staff and the mens rehab. not to mention he is doing away with the youth outreach! did he mention he was taking a salary cut? NO. the board members get paid very high salarys and that article said nothing about them taking a hit...he stated he is worried about the homeless mens safety, what about our safety? most of these guys are not mentally stable. the brm is well funded through donation and by the government,not for high salarys but to keep the homeless off of the streets!!!!!!!!!!

the second amendment declares a well-regulated militia as "being necessary to security of a free state" and prohibits infringment of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms." are gangs the same as militias? if we were invaded by another country do you think armed gang members would fight for their "neighborhood"? just a thought...

the people who pay cash for drugs are usually people in middle or upper class neighborhoods. the people who rob and steal usually buy drugs with stolen merchandise. buying drugs finances gangs and the expenses associated such as guns. this includes pot, vicodin, oc's and more. i'm not saying everyone in bakersfield finances gangs,BUT, if you buy drugs illegally you better think twice!
