I think it was more and if anyone has been subject to police brutality would understand that what happens in County Jail usually stays there. Who's going to believe an inmate. Think about this. If this was you accused of putting a choke hold on someone and you "accidently" applied it the wrong way and killed him, what would happen to you? Probably a lot more than a dismissal from the court.
