Why can I hear the tumblers on a lock being opened, or shoes walking on a floor, or a fly farting but I can not hear dialog on most movies unless I turn the volume up so loud my neighbors can hear the gunshots from my newest Netflix shoot'em up. I stopped going the "walk-ins" [my age showing] along time ago because of sound issues now it's the same problem with DVD's. I hear the background noise [cats purring, horses trotting] but not the words, especially it seems at important intimate moments.

Can anyone tell me what happened here. Was John an angel, alien, ghost. I missed a couple of episodes but I don't think they would have helped me. I tried to post this twice before and am not sure where it went. If anyone finds it let me know so I can delete it |
