Who cares about a giant ant? We got West Nile mosquitos, tree killing beavers, flocks of feral parrots, mountain lions and bobcats and coyotes (oh my!) on the bike path, pit bulls without leashes, illegal aliens and assorted street gangs. Discovery Channel doesn't need to go the Africa to document wild life.
