Q: The telephone lists a Meadows Field airport noise reporting hotline, 391-1849. The recording says noise problems are of concern to them and asks for a name, telephone number and a brief message and claims a representative will call you back. They don't call back. The flight school (has) students performing multiple touch-and-go operations during the day. Q: My office is across the parking lot from a posh cosmetic surgeon's office (Dr. Shah's Beautologie on Commerce Drive). According to its Web site, this place does nothing but elective cosmetic procedures. My question is, why did I see a CCI van park there, pull a cuffed and shackled female inmate out of the back "cage" compartment and take said inmate into this fancy establishment?
