SCR It was Bush's appointee CJ Roberts who caused the confusion when he didn't use a teleprompter. Roberts flubbed the oath and Obama stumbled because he was conflicted. He seemed confused whether to repeat the idiot's mistake or say the correct oath. He did a little of both. posted by
