If you want to know, on the day of this, the official release of my new Christmas CD, Certified Gold, Incense and Myrrh, who one of the big influences and sources of inspiration has been, it's been Johnny Cash.  And this song pays tribute to him accordingly. 

It's one of 23 songs that will be released today at my Christmas CD release party/CD signing at Russo's Books at the Marketplace on Ming Avenue tonight, beginning at 6 pm.  I'll be there with Tommy Isbell, guitarist and Walter Stormont (percussionist) and we'll be performing "live" unplugged versions of the songs.  Ho Ho Hope to see you there!  I know Johnny will be there in spirit, and thanks, Johnny, for your spirit helping me to create this CD!
