Monday morning on Merle Haggard Drive: Join my early morning traffic "Jam"
I'll be performing songs from my forthcoming audio/spoken word CD, From Buck Owens Boulevard to Merle Haggard Drive and experimenting with style combinations as I try to construct a freeway to the New Bako Sound by juxtaposing old and new styles. Low turn-out, as usual, though I'm not complaining, it only keeps me humble and hungry, and it only adds to my underdog credentials. I did play a short set, and then I used the remaining time when nobody stopped by to write 3 new songs for the CD.
